I hear a fluttering or "snake rattle" sound when decelerating, but not at any other time. I took it to the dealership and they said that it was noise from back pressure caused by the exhaust. I don't know if I believe them...

it's the h-pipe. when you first start it up, look underneath your car, if its a leak at a clamp you should see that condensation will find its way out of the leak. mine does this, been too busy with finals to crawl under and tighten it.

Had the same problem, I'ts the joint at the H-Pipe. Pull it together a little better and it will fix the sound. Worked for me and now it sounds perfect.

If it isn't the H-pipe clamp, look towards the back of your car and see if the piece that holds the resonator on the driver side has rotated around and rested on one of the metal "guards" under the car.

Both of these were my problem. After I figured both of these out, all is well in my Borla world.

I had rattling as well. It turned out to be the silencers rattling off the M brace. Take it back to where you installed it and have them adjust it fo free!
