MOB is a great paint shop. They are very good at what they do. They charged me $1500 (it was originally 1200 but I wanted it done in 3 days instaed of 5).

My condolences to your recently departed motor! .......any idea exatcly what happened with the Profec to cause this to happen?
was it 10 psi for sure or maybe more? Do the pistons show signs of lean contitions ....for example when spiking to 10 psi the extra boost with not enough fuel caused detonation severe enough to cause blow by thus ruining the rings but not severe enough to destroy the pistons outright???
On another note here is a link to an easy image resizer
here is the link to the microsoft web page.
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/d...powertoys.mspx
here is a direct link to download the resizer for XP :
http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...ertoySetup.exe
This tool is pretty cool you just right click on any picture and select the size you want ...for this site select the small size (640x480) and you are all set!

RESURRECTION!!!!!
Well everyone, the engine is back and it is beautiful. It was wrapped in celiphaine and all internals (pistons & rods) are installed. Now all my mechanic has to do is install the cams and high-lift valve springs and we are in business. I need to know if anyone has that new e-manage map for modded engines?
once again............
IT HAS BEGUN!!! AGAIN!!!
