Why? A BOV releases excess pressure the intake tract when the throttle closes in but, a NA engine does not have this pressure. You could install one but it would do nothing.

for a "blowoff" you gotta have some pressure somewhere. your intake on a NA car is not pressurized, and during throttle, its actually negative because its sucking air.
anyway turbos have the lag before, and they have lag on the other end after. blowff releaves that pressure. Im pretty sure a centrifugal supercharger can have a blowoff.
