How much did it cost you to have the bars under the hood fabricated as well as the radiator 'shrouds' (shiny silvery metal) I'll just call them. OH! and the bumper..what'd you pay for that? Can you add them to the list considering you bought the $800 radiator?

 

I will post up total cost of Front tube chassis and cage work along with Radiator shroud price. Reason I did not post up cost of bumper is cause that has nothing to do with the engine build..

 

Okay here I am finally back with some updates.. Like I said before the build has caought up to me so updates will be here and there..

Okay today we are finishing up a few things here and there. First is my tank for coolant, Just have to add AN fittings and we should be good to go.



This piece is really nicely built by Russell, It is going to go where my battery used to be.



Look at those welds, I just love his Fab work..

Next is my PS cooler, finishing up the brackets for it so we can mount it up. Did not go with a heavy duty PS cooler due to the fact that The KRC PS pump works so well.



Next we have my new seat rails. I had to have some custom made cause the regular Bride brackets where to high causing my helmet to hit my roof.. So we made these as low as possible.



And got these nice little Side seat brackets from my good friend Stew.. Thanks:biggthumpup:

I have been thinking of the undertray this week as well. I am thinking of getting one of the aluminum and just making my own mounting points for it to bolt to... custom, just like everything else on this car.

Its nice to see fellow enthusiasts completely destroy any and all resale or trade-in value of the car just like I have

You should def do a undertray and a custom one should not be hard at all to make.. I might replace my Plywood one with a CF honey comb design later but this will def work for now..

Also yup no resale here sir.. staying with me for life.

 

On a side note guys might be selling my MS4 cam due to the fact it is prb way to aggressive for the track.. So if any one is interested please let me know.

Lenginfelter makes a mild cam for street cars. Alot of the LS after market cams are set up for making a 10-11 sec drag cars...Massive low end torque and hp.

I think for our cars a sloping torque curve from 2000-3500rpm and flat after that. That way you dont break the back end loose all the time when you stomp on the gas.
