Daewoo - I'm hoping to have the APS TT in around April or so, but I will not be doing the install. I'd love to help out with yours though..I've got a good friend that may be interested in helping out if you've got a warm garage that can offer a lot of insight and help.

Let me know if this pic works for you guys:

I'll be having MRC Motorsports in NJ do the install and tune. Keep me updated on yours, that'll be a fun weekend or two

Here's the pics of the seats in my car. The fitment was actually good, except the drivers side hits the door. I think I know a way to resolve the issue and should have it fixed by next week.

Update me, I have had the same issue for nearly a year now! I have to use a little piece of scoth tape to prevent the leather from rubbing away under lateral acceleration...

Alright I've got it installed as best as I could. This is what I did:

The front tabs on the brackets where the bolts go in were bent 10 degrees. The door side of the passenger side bracket has two washers under each bolt....the door side of the drivers door has three. The passenger side fits perfect, no rubbing whatsoever. On the drivers side, I had to drill the hole on the back left side (there is a prong that didn't fit in the pre-drilled hole all the way) a bit bigger. The drivers side fits with no rubbing, but if I turn hard, it hits the door...not too big of a deal. I may try one more washer and see if that looks ok and works.

That's what I did...since I have the orange seats, the fact that the door hits is more noticeable because it slowly wears away at the leather!

Instead of bending my brackets I actually used a cutting tool to widen the holes so the brackets shift back and forth. Even moved the whole way over, mine still hit.

Sube Sports should fire the sorry b@stard who makes those brackets...

Yeah seriously, you would think if they make a bolt on bracket made specifically for our cars, they would make it at least fit the damn car lol.

Did you put tape or something to slow the wear on the leather where it hits the door?

Those were my old seats that are now in your car.

The only way they didnt hit the door was by using lots of washers stacked up evenly on both sides.

This is to tilt to tilt the seat a little bit.

I used about 12 washers per side (Driver and passager).

Your going to dent you door and damage the sides of the seats.

Elitemotion was the first to find that the washers solved the problem and it work for me too.

Yes, I use two piece of scotch tape layered on top of each other. It prevents wear on the seat but does not do much for the dent in the door.

Next summer, when I am near a welding rig long enough, i am going to do a 100% custom hackjob on the brakcets....get them to fit the right way! Bend the seatbelt connector mounts in 10 degress and everything ese that needs to be corrected on these terribly crappy brackets.
