Geez, are the base headlights that bad? I've noticed that they suck but you can barely tell that they are on in the "before" pic.

I put those on mine a couple months ago... they work 100% better than before. How the hell do you adjust the beam though? Mine is too damn low.

Those Silverstars work wonderfully as high beams if you have the HID installed already.

Silverstars are ABSOLUTE CRAP. Save up for a XenonDepot (or other) HID kit or just use the stock bulbs. Any coated/dipped/colored bulb cuts light output, would you rather have "pretty" (aka wannabe HID rice bullsh*t) lights or functional ones?

I wouldn't say silverstars are great, but "most" aftermarket HID kits are crap. there are only a few I would buy or recommend (jun's OEM kit is the best I've heard of), otherwise most of them break within a year.

silverstars are pretty good..i used them on my sisters honda and tehy were as bright as my HIDs, and had almost the same color, just s tad yellower. I'd suggest them to anybody looking for a bulb but doesn't want to get HIDs.

I installed silverstars on my GF Accord and they are very bright white much better than stock and have lasted around 2yrs.

Why don't more base owners try to buy HID's from the other models, I'd be willing to sell mine so I can get the new headlights but I don't want to sell them dirt cheap, I want to get a good price so I can get the new ones. However I don't wanna rip no one off either. Just thought i'd give yal some ideas about buying other headlights so they can get the '06 style

I believe the biggest issue is that its not a plug and play conversion. in other words you can't just buy 03-05 Z HID's and just plug them in and expect them to work. I think its easier and cheaper to buy an OEM HID conversion from Jun and still get near the same HID pattern and illumination as the stock HID's. I mean I doubt you would be willing to sell your HID's for about $300 (which is around what jun's kit usually costs). besides which the buyer would still have to figure out how he's going to get the wiring to work.
