Forgive me if this has been posted before, but I could not find a How-To So I posted one up.
This Works for any 12v Light and can be retrofitted if you do not have this set up on your current lights.
This will allow you to have an exterior light source that is always on, but Blinks when you turn your Signal light on.
You will Need:
2 - 12v Automotive Relays (5 Pin) one for each side
Several Female Quick Disconnects
Zip Ties
Wire Taps;
This is a Standard Relay, Costs $3-$10 Depending on where you get them;

You will then locate the 3 Wire Cluster that goes to the Blinking Yellow Turn Signal Light on the top of the main light unit. These have a blue shrink around them that must be cut away or peeled back. It will contain 3 Wires, Black (Ground), Yellow (Park +) and Green (Turn +)

Tap the Black (Ground) Wire and Run it to your Relay's #86 Connection.
Tap the Yellow (Park +) Wire and Run it to your Relay's #87a Connection.
Tap the Green (Run +) Wire and Run it to your Relay's #85 Connection.
From your Lights - Run the Ground (-) wire to the Black (Ground) for the Lighting Assembly with a Tap
Run the Positive (+) wire to the #30 Connection on the Relay.

Then Zip it all up to the main Support beam on the light and Enjoy.
Repeat for each side.
Please tack this up if it is helpful.

I have a couple questions...the parking lights are a separate issue, right! this is only for the running front side marker & turn signal? Would this work with the EVO-R LED front Concept Z side marker? sq40.... I really appreciate your effort on your DIY. ps..I'm just trying to understand the process!!

Any Light with a + and - wire, like the Sidemarkers (Z Logo) or Fender Lights (the Strip), will work just fine in attached like this. This Keeps the Lights on when your headlights/parklights are on and allows them to Blink with the Turn Signal. If you want them to not blink, you dont need a relay, just tie in to the black and Yellow Wires. if you want them to only blink, tie them in to the green and black wires.

I have a 06 and the wires are Black, Green, and Blue (Blue instead of yellow). How do I wire these? I got the drivers side to work, they aren't very bright in park mode though. The passenger side is dim in park and when it flashes and keeps blowing the parking light fuse once I get everything all put back together. I put a new relay in today and it's still doing it. I can't see anything wrong with the wiring. I'm stumped!! Any help in the wiring would be greatly appreciated.
