HID fog light
Its a custom fabricated front bumper.
Basically you take a stock bumper and a torn-to-ribbons-left-over-from-accident and use the bad bumper to make the bevel.
You then VERY CAREFULLY cut the holes, and use the pattern you cut out of the old bumper to make the sides (bevel, whatever). You then get some space-age polyurethane bonding glue and use that till you pass out joining the pieces and smoothing out the edges so they are nice and round. This glue basically melts the plastic and causes the materials to bond together as one piece. Its really cool, and evaporates really quick. Don't breathe the vapors =P
Then sand smooth and paint.

Bubble: the lights you bought are definetly not HID's in the ebay link it doens't list a ballast which all HID's will need. As well as not listing a d2s or d2r bulb which I beleive are the only 2 HID bulbs.
BrickydZ: that's pretty sweet looking, kinda big but still cool.

your car looks great!
No intercooler !!! I wish though. I made the grill out of aluminum. I already made a similar grill on my honda civic a few years back and figured it would look perfect on the Z, especially with the aluminum finish on the silver body,
