I'm wondering if they could do it in a different color and what that would look like? I have red and black leather seats and wanted a little more red color other than just the inside of the seat. Then again, I don't want to go too far...

I really really don't care about the passenger. He has his doorhandle!

I'd pay $100 for driver side, it it match passenger side color.
As for central, I guess, you can't do anything there... mine elbow is usually somewhere near warmseat buttons, so I usually rest it on handbrake.

Now, mine idea: what about knee rest? You know some 1 1/2' lleather pad to attach right of central console so you can rest your right knee on it. It's kind of problem for me in long trips, since I don't want to be far close to wheel, so my legs is kind of straigt when I'm driving, so I can't rest my nee on central console and operate throttle at the same time.

I saw such a pad on Ferrari or some other exotic.

JDM Nissan offers a kneepad (for the right hand side driver) for the console along with a left door armrest already!

I had started a discussion about blacking out the car before, and I think that was created by PS. tho I also think he indends to replicate that as well. I just dont think he's done it yet.

I looked into it as well, powder coating runs about 80$ a rim if memory serves, and we also considered powdercoating the handles, except were not sure they are metal.

Yes, that's a lot of brakedust + some photoshop. I'm still not sure wether I want to powdercoat them or just get a new black ones (TE28). I have all winter to think about.

And yes, doorhandle and lights housing in black would be nice. I just goind to wait a little bit and see, if somebody will start making kits. I have nowhere to harry.

Sorry vlad. I found the picture in a magazine and not on the web. The magazine is Fairlady Z Perfect Guide in the Hyper Rev series published by NEWs PUBLISHING in Japan. Price for the set was 32000 yen!

I don't remember what I did with my service manual - can anyone direct me to some instructions on how to remove my armrest? I am kind of "challenged" with this type of stuff. Thanks!

Default Driver's Side Armrest

I just got my armrest back from Crawford Z Car, and I am very pleased with the result. The quality & workmanship are top-notch, although it was a little pricey. At $150 I guess I wouldn't expect anything less. I have some pics:

Not sure if the same type of thing is possible on the Z, but I removed the beastly stock rest and dropped in a custom pad to make clearance for shifting. Really helped a lot, here are some pics:
