Default Black Aftermarket Taillights

Has anyone seen these yet? I have not seen them on a Z yet but I would imagine they would look a crap load better than the chrome ones!

If you like them, go for it. Don't let anyone tell you what looks good or bad on *your* car.

I think those look kinda like the Solara tails...

I think they look decent...a lot better than the chrome ones. But still not a fan of the "bulge" tho...personally i wouldnt get it. That "bulge" ruins the lines of the Z IMO.

Nooo! Not again!?!

These do have "potential" but the problem is they look like they used very cheap material, funky reflectors & chrome accents on their design, & the worst part....it bulges out like a freakin frog eye! Take a close look at the taillight on the left .

IMO...it would be "better" if they used the lights similar to the Mazda 3 & kept the housing simple (no funky reflectors & chrome accents). Here's a chop done by a fellow member discussing this same topic...

It's not for everyone but it's definitely better than this .

I personally wouldn't put these types of lights on but I know someone out there will. So if they must, I want them to at least put something decent.

I would actually be interested in something like that, not sure how it would look on a real car, so if you buy post pics. But I blacked out my front headlights and I think it would flow, I agree mazda 3 mod looks cleaner. We need real life pics on these...anyone know what they run?
