I seen the question asked before (back in May), about whether or not 350ZR seats can replace the seats in a z coupe and noone responded.

Does anyone know if this has been done?

Roadsters have airbags in the side of the seats.

 

Well... Doesn't coupe leather seats have side airbags as well? I'm sure mine does, look at the atttached photo.

 

Hrm, not sure what he's talking about then. Maybe the connector is different or something?

k, when i bought my ZR i asked if they could switch the seats of one to another, i wanted a SB with orange vent seats but they only had a black/black ZR
i asked since they had a SS with orange seats. the sales rep guy said "SURE NO PROB MAN" then the tech said because of the way the air bags are designed or some **** theres no way to swap them. So what i think is that, its not that it WONT fit but it can't and if it did it'd mess up the air bag along with the sensors. I thought they were being lazy and i said with out the orange vent seats i wont buy the car i walked away for 2 weeks hoping they'd do it and i couldn't wait no more and ran back and bought the SS with orange seats.

 

man f#&% that, the roadster seats look great....i wish i had some orange ones in my coupe
