Default How do lips attach?

I've been looking at different lips, and one thing arises...how the hell do they attach to the bumper? Is drilling needed? Are there different ways depending on manufacturer? I'm looking at the Nismo and Veilside V1 lips specifically..but any help is needed..

Thanks,

Dylan

+1. Just the tape alone is a bad idea, especially when temps shift wildly from one time of the day to another.

Intense Motorsports lip comes with 2 brackets and 4 bolts for the bottom and 4 self-tapping screws for the wheelwells.

Pics of the brackets:

I have a Nismo lip and there is a lot of drilling and screwing involved. (I said "screwing" LOL!)
