You guys with 350z that have the stock HID lights, did you guys have to adjust the light up or down?

I didn't have to but did it anyway. Some people notice that the range of the headlights isn't very far. This site has instructions on how to adjust them up a slight bit and it greatly improves the throw.

When you first turn on your stock HID it will appear slightly blue but as hit heats up it will be white. You can buy aftermarket HID bulbs to replace your stocks giving it a tint of blue. I believe our bulbs are around 4K-4,500. If you want a tint of blue go with 9000+.

Sorry for the confusion. The tutorial I pointed you to is for physically adjusting the position of the headlights, not the color or brightness.
