Who has changed their HID bulbs?

ihave 8000k on my bike... and 4300k on my car and my bike is much brighter then my car... i also got the same 8000k for my boy with a jetta GLI and both of r cars w to eachother the other day and his lights r definatly brighter then mine and definatly a better color shade

The reason your friend and bike have brighter lights is because you guys are using a conversion kit, most likly the bulbs don't have the required painted on shield to deflect light in the right direction, and on top of that, the lights are in a halogen housing which has different reflectors and sometimes different cutoff points

no, the bulbs you would be buying would probably be a d2r, which is a factory replacement bulb which is charged with a different gas which allows it to burn at a different kelvin, so yea, they will plug into your factory ballast, but they won't be super bright like your other Xenon's

Camblescoop, visit www.xenonpros.com and click on each of the K ratings on the left to see how much light each of them put out. 5000K is the brightest HID bulb you can buy.
