Does anyone know the weight of the GT black hard rubber ****?

is it anywhere near as heavy as the Titanium ****?

Also does anyone have pictures of the Nismo Carbon Fiber shift **** (both carbon with the polised top/bottom. I'm looking for some installed pictures.

Now that is a weird question. I have heard a lot of questions about weight in regards to certain parts of the car but never a shift ****. I was looking at getting the rubber one myself just because the stock **** is starting to get a little worn on my Z...

 

weight plays a major role in shift ***** imho, i like them heavy, the Grex(greddy) **** comes in a heavy and light version

about the nismo ****, isn't titanium supposed to be pretty light? or is it not solid titanium?

 

The Titanium shift **** is a weighted shift ****. I'm not sure the oz of it but I'm hoping the rubber one is the same. If so I might pick it up If not I'll just go get a standard nismo shifter and let it be.

 

You have got to be kidding me how much is a few ounces going to matter? If you have that much trouble moving a titanium shift **** how do you open your car door?

 

a few onces matter if its 9 oz for the titanium shift **** to 2oz for the rubber one. Im not worried about weight but the over all feel of it.

Plus if the rubber one is super light it will also have a cheap cheap cheap feeling everytime I grab it.

I just got the rubber GT **** and it is heavier then the CF one that I had before (both Nismo ones) I'm not sure what it weighs compared to the Titanium one though. Here a pic of my CF one... not a great pic sorry:

the NISMO GT Titanium **** was about 13-14 ounces if I remember correctly...

the Black Rubber GT **** is a bit lighter at 7-8 ounces...

the NISMO Titanium **** is about an ouce lighter then the GT Titanium
