Question Carbon Fiber Veilside Version 2 Hood

Ok so I have a 2003 350Z Enthusiast with a Veilside Version 2 front bumper, rear bumper, side skirts, aero mirrors and a Nismo wing. I recently saw a picture of a 350Z with a full Veilside Version 3 kit with a black carbon fiber hood and thought it looked good. Should I might as well get the matching hood or is it too ricy?? Watchu guys think??

Velside 3 hood has problem with fitting issue. Try Seibon VT (same design) I would paint to match with the car. CF looks ricy (IMO)

BTW, where in north cal are you? i want to check out the V2 bumper.

Hello,

The fittement issues on VeilSide V3 Z33 CF hoods have all been remedied. I personally have sold 3 of them from the last 2 containers, having recieved nothing but great responses on the fittment. VeilSide Japan replaced all of their molds for this part, and hence, the fittment is rad.

In stock.......

Hello,

Thanks for the inquiry. No, the V3 hood has 3 vents on each side, and a single vent in the middle:

The V2 hood is identical, save the fact that there is no center vent:

As far as the Autotecknic Carbon Fiber Eyelines are concerned, we have sold a number of sets. I don't recall ever hearing of any of our customers reporting ill fittment. Hope this helps.

Alex,

Nay. Kenstyle's only being brought over as full kits right now. I don't see that changing either, as that's been the deal with the G35 coupe for a good minute now.

How about the V2 hood? Any in stock and how is the fitment on it? If you have a V2, shoot me a pm on price, etc. Are hood pins needed? Thanks.

I know Seibon has been talking about a new designed hood for the 350z but thats a ways away from completeion. There are plenty of choices out there.

Hello,

Lol, I wish it were photoshop, as our IT guy would be King Hussein of the computer graphics world. If you notice, there's a reflection in each of the hoods showing a small portion of our old shop's showroom. You can see a water cooler, a rack w/ a wheel on it, etc. If my IT guy could photoshop and be THAT good... sheeiittt.. man, we couldn't afford him.. ahahah.. D.

Hello,

Thanks for the inquiry. No stock here or at VeilSide USA. They're only receiving 2 of them in their next container (end of Sep) so if you'd like to order, please PM me for pricing as you'll most likely need to pre-order to secure that one is held for you/us. D.
