I just ordered after searching for pics on here for a 1wk. I was unable to find any pics of this wing other than the zparts advertised photo.

It took me WEEKSSSSS to find more pics than just the blue Z on the site. There is a member in here who sent me a pic of the Daytona on his black Z. You might want to try to PM him (Jason021174) He was nice enough to send me a couple.

I found a poor quality pic of a redline with the Daytona wing taken from behind too but don't rememeber where it was I saw it.

If you can wait a month LOL I will post pics of mine when I get it installed/painted on my '06 redline. It's been collecting dust for months now.

How heavy is that wing. I was going to get it but the site listed it at 25 lbs. I'm sure that's not right but nobody could tell me the true weight so I went with Data systems.

But the Daytona wing looks SWEEEEEEET!

Ok, I have two pics that are bigger than the ones on the motorsport site I got from Mike. I also saw this wing in person at the motorsports auto show unfortunately not on a single Z, it was a "Nismo wing fest" and ordered it to be shipped to my house so I did not have to drive with it in the car (I had a wife, luggage and 400 miles). It was not heavy at all, maybe 4lbs if that. It had 5 or 6 bolt holes on the bottom and came in light gray gel coat.

Hope this helps.

Haha no the wing doesn't weigh that much. When I received mine, the invoice listed a shipping wieght over 20 LBS too but it's because it is a large bulky item not because it weighs 25 pounds. I would guess it weighs 4 to 5 lbs. It's just hollow fiberglass.

I'm bringing my daytona wing in for paint this afternoon and they said they should be able to have it done for pick up this friday, so I can post pics this weekend.

Otherwise I will be driving without a fuel filler door and no spoiler this weekend

OK, this is just my 10c but it reminds me of the Audi TT's "wing".

Personally, not for me but hey, if you like it go for it, everything's subjective after all.

I FINALLY FOUND A THREAD ABOUT THIS WING!!!

I've been searching for 2 days to find more info on this wing. I LOVE IT! This is the first wing I've really liked, and I'm crazy about it.

Does anyone know if it requires drilling new holes OR having to fill the old ones??? I can't find the answer to that and I've made it like a full time job the last few days.

PLEASE HELP!

no drilling require, just double-sided tape would do the job.

Really? Hmm...

Thanks for the input. It is an interesting consideration, to say the least. Then, of course, I would have to plug my existing holes to maintain water resistence.

I was hoping it would line up with the existing holes for the OEM spoiler. Anyone know about that?

Thing is, as far as I have seen, not many people have this spoiler. When I went to the Zstore show last year with over 100 350s, not one had this wing.

I don't know how well the double stick tape will work, the thing does not exactly sit flush on the trunk (and even to get it mostly flush you need to sand down all the junk on the underside).

This spoiler should cover your old holes but I think it uses new holes.

Do you have picture of the existing holes on your trunk? If you do, email it to me so I can estimate if the Data System would cover the holes. or I can take a pic, post it up and do a comparison.

and for the holes inside, I suggest finding something to cover it up.

No I don't, but thanks for the help! They are covered by the currently attached OEM spoiler. I was hoping maybe someone had swapped their factory spoiler for the Daytona and knew if they had to cut new holes. Surely by now someone knows(?)
