The authentic Nismo spoiler will NOT cover up the OEM spoiler holes.

The USDM version will not, but the JDM will.

Authentic JDM pieces will be cost prohibitive and take forever to get from Japan, leaving you the option of USDM parts or replica JDM parts (some of which are very good, especially for the spoiler). I'd recommend going with authentic US lip and sides (durable urethane as opposed to JDM fiberglass) and a good replica JDM spoiler. You can get it all from Performance Nissan; they have great prices.

i have the rare authentic JDM kit and even i was forced to buy a replica spoiler because of the availability issues. because nismo has switched to the V2 spoiler. i just found out that some people in japan are actually importing the USDM version

here is the replica i just ordered . it is supposed to be one of the best quality ones out there and its CF.
