EOI: Nismo Carbon Fibre Engine Cover...
I just quickly trimmed a silver part to put it at the middle of the cover with our logo sticker and here is roughly how the final thing will look like (of course with some clear coats over the engine cover)...
The final product will have a cut out on the silver part for the Nissan badge as requested by most of our customers

cheers,
richie

Nice Richie!
I think with the Nissan badge on that and some final polish / clearcoat it will be just as nice as the Nismo original
I think the carbon image badge should go on the front (where the original Nismo logo is) and the original Nissan badge on top.
Cheers

I'm game for one...and i'd certainly be interested in the full engine cover that was discussed. Any ideas or designs on how that will look? Any ideas on when we can expect to see the full cover start to be developed?
Few questions still need answered:
Any word on the full engine cover?
Are the mounting holes going to be pre-drilled, or is that something we'll have to undertake ourselves?
What will you be doing to test the clear coat to ensure that it won't yellow? I would suggest using high temp clear coat, and testing it for a 5-6 hours at temps a few hundred degrees above the highest temps it should see inside the engine compartment...that or a few days at temps just barely above (25 degrees or so) what it should see inside the engine compartment
How soon do you forsee them shipping out?
