Default Rear Strut Bar..

Is there a write up of how to get to the rear strut? How to take the panels apart and if there are screws anywhere? I don't want to pull the wrong panel off and snap a clip or something. Thanks!!

they all just pop off but the front/back panals (not tops) are hooked under the side panals I think. Well not really hooked but there's a lip on the sturt bar front and back panals.

ok, its been a while but if I remember correctly:
Pull up the two short panels on the top of the strut bar.
Then pull off the panels on the front and back side of the strut bar.
Then pull off the fancy strut bar cover.

Something like that

I ended up doing it last night. Basically everything just pops off...the only tool you MIGHT need is a flat head screwdriver to help pop stuff off. HyperSrite is right with his instruction...I'll just add a little more detail since I just did it.
1) Remove the top panels on both sides by just prying a little bit with a flat head screwdriver or your hands. You will need to pop up the front side (the one closest to the rear of the car) first. The design of the panel makes it so you swing it like a hinge when it comes off.
2) Take out the mats/carpet
3) Remove the front panel. Very simple, everything pops off fairly easily.
4) Remove the rear panel. Again, fairly simple. I had to use a screwdriver to help pop some sections.
5) Pop off the silver Z top. This is the easiest part. It's only held on by 2 clips.

yeah just start yanking on everything that is black and plastic in the car. Its obvious at this point they were short on screws building the damn thing.
pull of step pieces first
pull out reaching from between rear strut tower and rear compartment at the bottom
unscrew console
pull on big panel facing seats in an upwards direction
pull rear of compartment towards rear of car
finally pull up on the top cover plastic on the compartment
go to store and buy a few replacement clips.

there is a how to in the stereo section I'm sure of it.
