Default Wiring 06 headlights in 03-05 base model (halogen)

Does anyone know how to wire up the 06 HID headlights in an 03-05 base model Z?
I bought the stock HID kit prewired from JUN on the boards...so thats on the old headlights now if that makes a difference.

You cannot install a 2006 Headlight unit into a non-HID 350z since the 2006 headlight unit is plug and play, so it needs all the HID stuff from a 03-05 HID car. I believe the 03-05 base 350Z comes with no hid.

I think you might have paid for a healdight unit that you can't use >_<;;

Sorry dude. I'm pretty postive on this one. But correct me if I am wrong.

Yes, you can install the 06 headlights on a 03-05 base model(w/o HID's)...I have already searched and read a few threads that stated the plugs did not match up. So, I can either try to find some pigtails to mate them together, or cut the male/female plugs and hardwire it. I dont know if they make pigtails for this kind of situation...if anyone knows, please point me in the right direction...and since I dont know too much about wiring, I dont know which wires to splice together.
Also, to make the parking lamps/blinker work correct you have to cut one of the wires totally iirc.
If anyone can, please post up how to correctly do this...I got in a wreck, and I need to put my car back together asap.

Also, I have an OEM HID kit, bought from JUN on the boards, that has been on the 03-05 base model headlights for a while. Its the same OEM ballast and bulb on the 03-05 HID equipped Z's. Its pretty much hardwired into the halogen headlight harness.
So, I basically need make the halogen harness work with the 06 headlights.

MC350z - Do you know where I can get a pigtail for a 6 to 8 pin connectors?

Ok this is gonna sound pretty stupid but i just got a 05 less then a month ago and im not sure if mine has HID or not. I took the headlights out to replace the bulbs and they were just conected with a single black snap-wire plug. But i was told before that i didnt.

Can anyone help me out?

To be honest i dont have a clue. It was a gift but i think it might be a base trim. but what throws me off is the fact that people say that the HID headlights are conected by onewire socket or w.e it is and thats how mine are 2.

If you have buttons on the steering wheel, you have HID.
