Not to Threadjack, But It looks like you can replace almost every body pannel with CF.. What would be the cost and weight savings by replacing every pannel / door / hatch / hood / bumper with the stuff that is available?

It all depends on the manufacture and what other parts you replace. For instance you save roughly 15lbs with just swapping the hatch, but if you switched to a lexan rear window at the same time your dropping 40+lbs. Hoods really wont save you much weight 3-7lbs but the vents help cool the engine. Doors depend on if you put all the stock parts back in the door but save over 50lbs and even more if used with lexan glass. So if you did go with everything carbon fiber you can drop atleast a couple hundred pounds, espeically if you went with lexan glass.

That would be an excellend way to increase performance. Looking at prices, (I know it depends on Manufactuer) it looks like about $4K for everything? (Not painted ofcourse)

How would one go about getting lexan all around?

I have the lexan rear window precut and drilled for the Z in stock. The side windows you would have to get custom made I believe. If your serious about purchasing shoot me a PM with the parts you want and I can give you an accurate quote, it would be less then 4k thats for sure.
