Default Hid Question Please Help Me !!!!!!!!!

I just finished the installation of my HID for my base model Z with the extreme lighting HID kit from chuck. I made sure everything was connected several times. The lights are not turning on though! There obviously not recieving power to the bulbs .....

this might sound stupid but when connecting the kit togeather which battery terminal are you connecting the kit to ?? POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE ?? I currently have it connected to the positive and like I said I have power issues .. i dont want to try the negative terminal unless im told this would fix my problem ??? HELP !!!

you hook the power or +12v to the +, and i believe the ballast needs to be grounded onto something... ground is the - sign. iunno if this helps? lol

Current flows from positive to negative. Positive is the correct terminal.

As andyman4lyfee mentioned, you need someplace for the current to go - some sort of ground or return to the negative terminal. I don't know where that is.

A volt meter or continuity tester is a inexpensive tool. Begin at the connection to the battery and follow the lines. My assumption is that the lines are OK. You simply lack a proper ground.
