![Question](https://my350z.com/forum/images/icons/icon5.gif)
I just got my new Z and i'v been loving every minute of it. I'v even seemed to develope an OCD for washing it and making sure nothing is on it. However the worst part is, the owner before me didnt take very good care of it. Consequently the front bumper has HUNDREDS of nicks, scratches and paint chips. There are even some chips going up onto the hood. Its bad enough im just going to buy a new bumped but i figured ill go aftermarket and just get a kit while im at it.
I have been searching around lately for bodykits and i am partial to the veilside 3 (minus the wing) bodykit. However i definately do not want a wide body kit because of the high costs and not to mention i would have to get bigger rims and tires to fill out the wheel wells (or else it would look really strange). I just dont have the money to fool with widebody kits as much as i like them. For some reason i seem to remember there being a Velside 3 bodykit for the Z that wasnt a wide bodykit. I could be wrong and could just be thinking of somthing else. Does anyone know it there is one?
Also, anyone else have any bodykit suggestions? Somthing along the lines of agressive. I like the lines of the V3 but i dont like the JP aero. I REALLY want to stay away from knockoff kits cause im worried about how they would fit and i much rather support the company that makes it rather than some rip off.
Any help or information is greatly appreciated!

I'm with you! You are doing this because YOU prefer I'll assume. I heard the "V3 is played out" before. Where are they? It's too broad of a statement to place any value in. Go with what's going to make you happy with the car!

Yeah, the fenders are unique but without them i wonder if the lines would be as smooth. Does anyone have pics of a V3 without the fenders? Im just worried it might look strange without them. I'v heard that the V3 is played out also but i never see that many. I'v only really seen 3 different ones but im sure theres more. Also i looked at the buddy club and it appeals to me but for some reason the V3's front bumper looks better IMO. I also like the V3 sides over the buddy club.
Fors some reason alot of 350z kits just dont appeal that well to me. I like the fabulous kit cause it looked so clean but i dont know if i'd want it on my car. The APR was another one i was in love with but after someone pointed out the front looked exactly like a celica, it was over for me, lol. As much as i use to want a celica it does look TOO much like one for me.

Wow, the V3 doesnt look bad without fenders. I like the venom kit but its a bit over the top for me. I think it looks pretty bad *** though. I think i might go with a V3 without overfenders. It will look a bit cleaner and i wont have to worry about getting bigger wheels or setup to make it fill out the wheel wells. Thanks for the pics and the help guys!

I think the only way to do the V3 overfenders is to mold them and cut them to follow the existing line breaks It's a lot more money to do it that way, but in my opinion, the way to do it.
