Default Tein Hood Damper Anyone?

I've done some search on this forum and can't find any good information. Had anyone installed Tein Hood Damper here? What's your feedback on this product? Also, I assume it'd require drilling at least 4 holes to do the installation?

u have to cut the plastic or heat it up or remove it. Looks fine though and you'd never know if someone didn't tell you.

Just beware that the manual has you do it in a way that makes you cut the stock panels up or heat the crap outta them. There is another way you can do it which works 100xs better and you have to do almost no cutting like Jeff mentioned.
