just taking a shot cause ive personelly never done it. remove the plastic underside of the trunk lid. should just be poppers that hold it in. after this you should see 4 nuts. take those off, lower the trunk and pull it up. but then your left with 4 holes in your trunk so hopefully your new spoiler will either cover up those, or bolt in the same but i know that 99% probably will NOT bolt in the same exact holes.

If the new spoiler covers the holes, just put some good double sided tape over them or put some silicon in the holes.

sounds ALOT easier than it really is..
it took me several hours to get the tape off and using Goo-Off to get the left over adhesive off the stupid trunk.. i'd rather PAY someone to do it for me. or better yet. just swap trunk lids.. seriously a PITA..

Well I actually just took off the nismo wing and it was pretty easy.
Step1: Take the trunk plastic piece off and there are holes where they put the bolts in.
Step2: They should be like a 10mm so use a socket wrench with a long socket.
Step3: Put some duct tape around a flat head screw driver or something flat and use it to pry the spoiler up. The double sided tape is a BI@#T to get off the spoiler. I just pried it up then used a knife to cut it.
Step4: Pull spoiler off and peel off the tape. Clean your trunk and you’re done.
Hope it helps. The people who did mine had scratched my trunk when they installed it so I’ve gotta paint mine.

fingers/nails, gotta use something soft else you'll scratch your hatch.
goo off is rub on rag then rub in. and the adhesive turns into snot, then you just sorta.. roll it off.
