Default Anyone BLACK out their headlights but kept the orange reflector?

I'm planning on getting my headlight housing painted black and keeping the orange reflector. As hard as i've tried, i can't imagine how it would look.... since i will be sending my lights to mrzipps, i won't be able to check them out before they are sealed back up. has anyone on here done this? how did it look? pics would be awesome. i really would like to avoid having to open them up again if they look ugly....

thanks.

I've been thinking about doing it like that too. Only difference is I have a big fat Bi-xenon projector where the dinky OEM H7 should be...

cool thanks for the picture... that's pretty much what i was looking for....... but i'm still a little wary about doing it... i think it can go either way: look hot, or look ghey.... still can't tell how it would look on a DB z.
