Default how to adjust power windows????

my windows in my Z are all messed up. The passenger one rolls up about 1/4 too high so when it comes down when i open the door, it doesnt clear the roof. the drivers side doesnt go up far enough. does anyone know how to adjust the height or have a write up on the procedure for it? the dealer wants 100 to adjust one side, and its not covered under warranty.

Why isn't it covered under warranty? How old/how many miles on your car?

Call Nissan customer service before you take dealer's word that it's not a warranty item. Sounds like it should be, to me.

Sounds like B.S. to me. Maintenance is stuff like oil changes. A part not working correctly - like a window - should be a warranty item, unless you tried to do some after-market stuff on it and messed it up. Otherwise, if it's plain stock and just quit working right, should be on them to fix.

In my opinion, of course. But call Nissan corporate customer service before you pay the dealer anything. And/or take it to a different dealer, see what they say.
