Default Fog Light Wiring Help

Can someone write me up a quick DIY on wiring up fog lights? I have the JP fog lights that go with the Type A Kit. It seems like it would be a simple installation considering it comes with a pretty simple wiring harness. Any help would be appreciated.

Ok I'm definitely confused and feel pretty stupid that I can't get a simple set of fog lights wired up and really need some help. I've got the lights mounted in the front bumper and the wiring harness hooked up but can't get any juice to the lights. I hooked the positive and negative leads straight to the battery to try and test em and I'm getting nothing. Does anyone have experience with these lamps?

f*ck i didnt even think of that...j/k yes there is bulbs in them. I just got them working, I took the relay off and made a quick jumper between the contacts and got them to come on, so im guessing the relay is bad.

now my question is, if i cut out the relay from the whole operation will this compromise anything? also, where do i tap in to the headlight wire so that these only come on when the headlights are on?

You will have to tap into the headlights behind the splash guard (wheel well liner). Check my DIY on bumper removal/LED clear corner install in the DIY section here to see what I mean.

The relay that came with the lights must have a purpose; probably to make them turn off when the headlights are on, etc. By removing it, that purpose would be defeated but you can then wire them as you wish (e.g. turn on with the parking light only, headlight only, or both, etc).
