i really want to get blue headlight overlays, but they're illegal

 

where is the best place to buy these overlays?

 

They are all over the net, just gotta look for it. I really do not mind getting pulled over for the tinted headlight but worried about this thing called "stress cracks" I read up on some of the posts. Anyone have pictures of a black Z with blue/yellow headlight tint films?
