Default Vertex Kit - How do I mount the rear plate? (+pics!)

So thanks to Darren and Intense Motorsports I finally received my Vertex kit and got it on... here are pics if you want to see:

My question is how do I mount the rear license plate? The place my license plate has holes (california plates) there is big empty space on the bumper. There seems to be a place in the very center to mount something??
