LOOKS GREAT!! What was the cost? Any wind noise when it is closed? How long did it take to install ? Were they able to use your same headliner?

Thanks....

Cost was about $800

Dont really notice any wind noise, even at high speed 80+. It seals up really well. It makes a vacume noise when you close it while driving.

Took about 5 hrs. to install at the Webasto Factory in Santa Fe Springs, CA

They used the same headliner...And I have the Curtain airbags.

That looks great! Thanks for all of the pictures. Have you had a chance to hit the twisties since you got the sunroof installed? If so, did you notice any change in handling?

Let us know in a few weeks if you start getting some rattles from the sunroof. I've got something rattling very lightly in mine (installed on my Brickyard back in March). Then another rattle after 3-4 weeks, when closed, sounds like the glass rattling against the rubber seal...while everything still seems tight. The rough ride of this car and the 2K miles per month I put on, probably has something to do with it. Although will be interesting to see if it happens to others with this same Sunroof model.

I had the Glass rattling against the rubber when closed until just a few days ago. I conditioned the rubber seal with a vinyl/rubber protectant, and the sound/rattle went away.
I also had a little rattle when in the tilt position. It was the part that comes up under the front part of the glass rattling against the glass. Fixed it with (2) 7" long (Centered) pieces of Low Density 3/8 by 1/2 inch Weather Strip.
No rattles when fully open.

Thanks...I'll stop by the auto store this weekend and find some protectant to try on the seal rubber. I was wondering what a small felt tab was doing on that same part you put the weather stripping on...now I know it is to keep it from rattling when tilted. The last rattle I have seems to be coming from the right rear corner of the sunroof above the headliner...more of a slightly loose sounding piece that moves with shifts of the car position versus a rattle though.

Wow...sunroof envy here! You guys that are bravin' the top cutting on your 350Zs are true pioneers! Maybe Nissan will get the hint for future models. Any idea how I'd find someone in Texas to do as nice a job as you had done on your's Durso?
