Front License Plate Issue SOLVED!!

Hi - I have a 2008 350z. Got a ticket - parked outside my place in SF - on Sunday!
I don't want to drill holes in the bumper and I am told that this part will work for my car. The 2006-08 isn't listed on their site and the guy I talked to said that my tow hook is 22mm but there is an adapter that comes with the part below that will fit.
