Default WTF!!! So i was driving in the rain.......

So i was driving in the rain when all of the sudden water is leaking from somewhere and its all falling on my foot, I tried to get under there to see where it was leaking through but no idea. I notice that when i bought the car the guy took the aftermarket system he had in there out. Do you guys think when he took it out, he ****ed up a seal or has this happenned to anyone before?

Stick a bright flashlight where your feet go, turn out the lights in the garage, and crawl under the car. Look for the light. That'll be where the hole is at.

Or pour water down your firewall and see if any of it leaks into the car again Like finding a flat in a tire.

I have the same thing happening to me. When I got my system installed they took out a grommet in the firewall to run the amp wire through and didn't seal the hole up.

Take it back to the shop and have them use some caulking to seal up the hole.

Had similiar. I drove from Georgia to Texas. Wasn't raining at all. It happen at the end of 900 mile drive. Think it's from water condensation from using AC the whole trip. Has never happen before or since.

It cant be. I basically had a puddle of water on the floormat by the time i got home and also i notice one day after i washed the car i lifted the hood to clean the engine bay and it did the same thing without the car being turned on at all that day

I'm in the same boat with you guys. And of course it is now Las Vegas' "monsoon" season and weve been having thunderstorms just about every freakin day. I have a towel hanging from under my dash to caatch it all before it hits my carpet.

Who knows, my biggest scare is to be driving and all of the sudden starts raining, the car starts leaking and it could cause a short circuit or something with all the wires that are under there. I guess im just gonna have to take it to nissan
