the windshield fluid makes the passenger one a bit tricky, but it can be done through the underpanel. But just take the bumper off if you are having trouble...it is a synch. Just remove 6 clips up top, 2 bolts where it meets the fenders, and 10-12 bolts on the underpanel. It took me 10 minutes

It's possible, but I prefer removing the bumper. Good time to clean out all the sht stuck on your ac condensor.

It really was not that difficult -- shorty 10mm wrench will access the bolts/nuts for the washer bottle -- slide it out of the way, remove s/m

I did it with the bumper on. I also removed the splash guard and went up from the front. The drivers side I could slide my arm up in there and get to both screws with a screwdriver.

However on th passenger side I used the phillips head part from one of those multi-head screwdrivers, that was only like 1 inch long. I then used a 1/4" ratchet with the correct socket that the multi-head would fit into and was able to unscrew it like that. It was a pain getting the reflector out of there though. I was able to finagle it through to come out the front of the bumper.

You don't have to completely remove it. I did one side at a time, removed just as many screws as I needed to pull it back a little bit. I did the actual change from above - much easier.
