Default 3M Tints, 3M Clear Bra, "AM1" Viper set up quote.

Ok I went to an Auto Tint shop today, they are a 3M Authorized Dealer and does tinting, bra, and alarm system installation. They are called Tint World and has a website domain name tintworld.com. I received the following quotes after seeing them today, please let me know if you guys think these quotes are reasonable.

AM1 (VIPER set up that is combined with the factory alarm i was told, not sure how it is done). - $225.00

3M TINT (20% back, 30% front or 20% all around) - $140.00

3M Clear Bra (they order the material and install it) - $550.00.

For the locals this place is on commercial blvd in fort lauderdale, fl.
1050 W.Commercial Blvd, 33309.

edit: I'm not too sure what he was saying about the alarm system as i'm not an expert on that, but he said AM1 would be good to go with, he was saying something about viper at the same time so i just thought AM1 was a type of viper system, not too sure.

Might be better in the regional section but I highly recommend AutoSuperShield.
http://www.autosupershield.com/
They are located in Boca Raton and they work on alot of high end cars and do excellent work. I got my clear bra and tint there. They can cut the film there don't have to order it and can do any custom work you want. They guys that work there are awesome and very friendly. For the alarm idk I got the Viper 7100XV but that cost about ~500 installed. But i basically paid for the 2 way remote you can get one for ~250 installed w/o the two-way. Any questions feel free to ask.

Also check out the South Florida Z Car Club http://www.sfzcc.com. Sign up for the membership there and you can get discounts at AutoSuperShield. Plus a lot of extra perks come along with a membership and it pays itself off fast. They have lots of meets and events they plan and go to.

i own a tint shop. the tint price seems fair. depends on the quality of the 3m tint. is it 3m's low or high end? i carry solar gard. for a z, i normally charge $110 for the low end (smoke) and $170 for the high end (supreme); the z is an easy car to tint. i don't install clear bra, but that price does sound a little steep.

I'm not sure if it's the low quality or high quality, he just told me that he used 3M material. I'll see what prices this place in boca gives me on monday and compare. I'm leaning towards doing it at the shop in boca since jruocco got his car done there and he said they did a great job.

www.formulaone.com . EXCELLENT work. A lil more pricey but well worth it in my opinion. Also lifetime guarantee.

AutoSuperShield is not looking too good right now, I called last night and left a message, still no reply. I went by the shop after work and it was closed at about 5 o clock or a little earlier. I also called them during the day today and only got their voicemail.
