could be a fuse. When it happened to me it the was the BCM (body control module) getting confused.. I unhooked the batter for a few mins, reconnected and everything is working great a year later.

Fuse is near the driver side pedels. It should be named "Interior lights" I believe. But if the dome lights do not work, I believe the cig outlets shouldn't work either. So that could be a quick test for you.

that just happened to me today i ran my sub wires. And my head unit and interior lights werent werking. I replaced the audio fuse under the hood and hte head unit worked again. But the dome lights dont work now. I dont think its a fuse near the clutch. they looked good i didnt pulled them out but i used a flash light and i could see the inside pretty well. I think maybe the bulbs could have blown when the fuse for the audio blew. Anyone evere have there bulbs blow. Or maybe i need to disconnect and reconnect like that guy said

Just replace the fuse even it if it doesn't look blown then check to see if they are working, this is very cheap $$$ wise. If not do what the others here have said.
