I was wondering if anyone could suggest who I could go to get my headlights done bronze and my door handles also, to match my rims. I have a bronze and black scheme going and was thinking that might be a nice touch to have those things done. A little bit more unique and more.. me. I suppose I could get a bronze overlay for the head lights, but the door handles would probably need to be painted. Maybe add gold/bronze emblems also.

Any member here that can do it or point me in the right direction? Preferably up north.

 

that sounds like a nice idea, except for the headlights. id leave them black. however, a bronze projector would be a nice touch over our factory silver. but the entire housing bronze would loook whack. i like the door handle idea, but the bronze would have to be spot on. 2 different shades would make your car look awkward. just my .02 good idea though, way to keep it original

 

Thanks. I know its definitely possible to get them blackened, and I've thought of that also. Blackened with a bronze projector? Interesting idea. Just gotta find someone who can do it.

Right now I have the Full Royal Sport Bronze from Rota. I love how it sets off the black. Enough so, that I think a few more touches of that color would set off the car and make it a bit more "mine". I've seen the bronze emblems and I think they might match the color close enough.. let me post up pics.

Edit: Argh, cant seem to find the place where I saw the bronze emblems. Darnit.

 

Ehh I dunno about the lights, the door handles might look pretty good tho. I love the color of tose Rotas (previous owner)... If you do it post pics.

Cool, seems I've finally hit upon something unique in our world. I saw a post somewhere a member did an outstanding job spray painting his door handles. I guess I could have them removed and have a paint shop match the color and do it. In fact, car medics might could do it for me.

 

do that and the projector at the same time so the colors all match : ) subscribing for the final results!!

i think a black housing with bronze projector would look awesome with bronze emblems... Do you have '06 headlights?

the door handles is a quick job to be done by any bodyshop. the local one wants 100 bucks for the handles, but if you ask around you could probably get it done cheaper.
