^ When used w/ a different color, like white, black is a good contrast. If used w/ a flat/satin black, it just makes the rest of the car unfinished.

Man I wish he would post more pics. You want to see this paint job in all different lighting and a higher resolution.

I am a week or so out. Right now trying to decide how flat/semi I am going to paint it. Its hard to chose on the right matte.

Hopefully I'll be happy with the way mine comes out that I'll have those pics.

It's nice, but it's not quite flat, it's between a matte and a gloss finish if you ask me, looks mean though.

been in pensacola for years and never seen this car, my guess is no. However my TT g35 is going to be painted a matte black very soon...

 

yes this is navy blvd. I worked at the Army Recruiting Station on Navy BLVD for the last 4 years. It was parked out front but people don't know how to back up there, seen a couple of my co workers get dinged up a couple times.

But it use to be white with gold rims.

I've had that satin black paint job since january of 2008. I actually just left and it's sitting in my dad's garage.

 

Maintenance a satin/flat/semi gloss paint must be fun. Looks good though.
