Did you buy them at your local autozone etc? or did you buy them from Nissan?

If anything id buy it directly from Nissan so that its guranteed to be the right part.

It may just be a defective bulb. Did you try going back to the store and exchanging it for a new one? If it still doesn't work, you may want to get a bulb from Nissan (Call again if the person you spoke with last time didn't understand).

Or, it maybe a problem with the headlight itself.

Can't go to another Nissan and see if they have it? If none of them do just order them. To much trouble trying to buy crap like that at autozone.

Autozone didn't make it, Sylvania did. Try contacting Sylvania by phone/web. It's a good company.

I know with most headlights u cant touch them with your skin when installing them... the bulb that is.. did you touch it or use a cloth?? if you touched it you need to wipe all your finger prints off of it and re-install it. The oils from your skin can damage the bulb badly. oh... dont goto auto zone
