Default Problem installing OEM CF spoiler...

Just like the title states my bro just purchased an OEM CF spoiler. We tried to put it on last night with the 3m provided underneath the spoiler. We marked everything off and lined it up but when it came down to it the 3m tape just wouldn't keep the ends of the spoiler down. We even bought more 3M tape and put it on the ends and clamped it down to the hatch for 3 hours and at first it stayed then all of a sudden it started creeping up again... Anyone have any suggestions other than drilling?

Fitment is off... you can put as much double sided tape and it will not stick. Return the part.

Could someone post up a few detailed pics of the backside of the spoiler where it makes contact to the hatch and on the other side. I might have the same problem, i bought an ebay 3m spoiler but their company had all great reviews. The fitment looks pretty good, just not sure its perfect. Gonna have a friend help me, he used to work for an aftermarket shop. Gonna wait until he can get the garage he works at open so he can warm up the hatch with a heat gun, its cold out.
