I have to roll my up on 2x4s and then put the lift arms under the call with spacers on the arms between the the car and the part that holds the car. still becarefull the arm doesnt hit the skirts when you lift it. if it does you need a bigger spacer

A lot of people will use the front and rear center jacking points rather than the sides to lift cars with side skirts.

The guy recommending rolling you car onto 2x4's is on the right track. Get your car up there and slide the jack underneath. This is pretty common on cars that are lowered or have body kits.

I know they are a little spendy compared to plywood and 2x4s, but I bought the
Tomioka Super Slope Racing Ramps and they work great. They are also compact enough that I can put them in the rear of the car when I am going to use a lift or taking it somewhere for service

with a buddy it shouldnt be too bad. nail a block to the edge of the 2x4 so you dont roll the car over it. with 2 people it should be easy.
