As u all know the stock HID kit are 4300k, which is more to the super white. I personally prefer some bluish or purplish look, which is something 6000-7500k.

I'm an idiot on HID but I wanna know whether it works if I just paint the bulb to blue or purple? I mean if I paint the stock light bulb, will it turn out to give a look of 6000k HID?

This will NOT work, and you would probably ruin the bulb. Just replace the bulb with a 6000k bulb, and you should be fine. Someone is doing a group buy thing in this forum.
