Default Painting the Z dark green...

Im getting bored with my Z again, and need a drastic change. Im about to send it to the paint shop and need a few options for the color I want.

I for sure want a dark green with not too much metallic in it. I think Imperial Jade Mica would be pretty neat, its a popular color on Toyotas and a few Lexus. Most of you would know from '98 Supras, its a really rare color.

Either that or I just found a Porsche color called Forrest Green Metallic.

And I cant find the color of this?

Its a 456?

Here are a few pics of the car as of now, its going to be a big change!!

Car is gonna be dark green, wheels are going white, and doing gold Greddy BBK. Also, a white Cusco cage to tie it together. Also going to be rocking a new Powerlab Turbo Kit

Hopefully they'll get around to a dark green on production models, they did with blue, we'll see. Go for it, always liked that color.

How much money are you looking to spend? Not to be a douche, but I've seen hundreds of threads about changing color and not much action. A full color change is likely to run you atleast $5k.

I always thought the Beryllium (Brown) color from the Infiniti FX would look good on a Z. I know most wouldn't agree but I certainly like it.

Can't wait to see it complete! I have always wished they had a Z33 in that color. Nice choice!

Yes! This is my absolute first choice for color change. I really like the metallic because non-metallic green to me always looks oxidized. I think dark green on a Z would look extremely hot.
I dig the color on the Porsche, but that just gives people one more reason to say, "I like your Porsche!". Oh well. They're gonna say it anyway.

In that case I vote the Aston Martin green. I expect to see pics posted though.

I plan on painting mine Pearl Orange when I get the chance. I'm really glad I do bodywork.

Oh, you bastard! I've been planning to paint my Z a nice, dark, emerald green for a while now. Of course, I won't be able to actually do it for years, but still!

Your car kinda speaks for itself. My vote is for that Porsche
tone. Sheesh. Just kills it... And of course, please post up
some transformation flics. Just kinda builds the excitement.

That porsche or the aston martin would be great colors for the Z. I'd really like to see this when you're done.
