Replacing Bulbs- Not HID
I have an 04 Roadster that just has Halogens. I want to replace the bulbs but I don't want to spend $500+ on a HID conversion right now. I have decided I will just do the bulbs. I want it to be brighter but have that cool white/blue look. I have been told I should either get Philips or Osram Cool Blues.
Any thoughts?
How many do I need? Can you replace high and low beam? Also what are those other little lights in the corner under the main one? Should I replace that too?
I did search and went through 20 pages before posting this. Please help. Thanks.

Not sure why you think an HID converstion kit costs so much. I haven't researched specifically for the Z. But I just ordered a 55 watt HID kit for around $100 for my daily driver. Comes with lifetime warranty, so how bad could it be.

sorry if i'm stepping on any sponsors toes, but this deal was too sweet not to share

$225 for this HID conversion kit. Fully plug-and-play, no fabricating needed.

I ran these on my old 2000 Celica GTS. Worked beautifully. I had them on the car for well over a year and later sold them to my buddy. They still work great.
If you want brighter and whiter/bluish lights for halogen... Sylvania Silverstars is what you need.

I went to that site and saw the Osram Sylvania Cool Blue lights. Do they really look good and have the colour of the Xenon bulbs like they claim or are they crap?
