Default mil/h to km/h guage cluster

I did a quick search but couldn't really find the right answer.

So like the title states, I'd like to swap out my cluster from miles/h to kilometers/h. The car is a 2006 350z, mtx bought in Phoenix, and imported to Canada. All the speed limits here are in km/h so I would like to swap the cluster.

How difficult is it to do this? I'm sure that people have swaped them out for some aftermarket stuff, different colours and what not.

Believe it or not.....if i can remember, i was quoted $2000. I wouldn't bother swapping it out and just leave it. its just not worth the money. just drive at 40 miles and you're good

Oh no, I don't want to swap the entire cluster. Just the backing on the gauges, like this one:

These guys sell them for $119 Can.

It's a silver base model.
