Shine Nismo V2 intake duct
Has the intake duct need to be cutted or something like that? I assembled it before painting, taking as reference all the back surface inside the bumper, but after the assembly, the intake duck at the front of the bumper goes much further than the grid, even further than the bumper itself
Has anyone pictures of how the intake duct should look like?

i have the bumper with the duct. the duct sits on the bumper support(the aluminum beam behind the bumper). if you look at the duct there are slits cut into it for the bumper, if you look at the bumper there is a cut out of where the duct goes....

actually i talked to ken and he told me that the duct mounts on the bumper support and you can see two bosses in the duct that are locations for the holes to be drilled. it attaches to holes in the factory location that are already there.
and by the way the fit and finish of the replica part is quite nice. never seen a pfrp flexible part in person and must say it seems pretty flexible and durable for street use. only minor prep is going to be required before paint.

After removing the OEM bumper you put in the car the intake duct over the bumper support. After that, you put in place the Nismo V2 bumper, it's that right? so you have no need to attach the duct to the Nismo before placing it
