Default Back-Up Lights

I searched and didn't find much about the back-up lights. I know you can black them out..and thats what I want to do...but has anyone thought about tossing some white led's in there. Like in a line across the casing itself. Maybe even opening it up like the headlights and blacking it out from the inside and doing a white led setup across. Maybe this is something cin city could investigate? Might be a nice mod.

If there is already something like this or a manufacturer then just gimme a link..sorry if its a repost.

I know you can get them blacked out...any place really, I have a G so I don't do too much Z investigation. The just put an LED bulb in it. As far as the strip goes, shouldn't be too hard as long as your someone electronically inclinded.

Look around www.oznium.com They have A LOT of good universal lighting thing. Some strips even that could be adapted to go in those reverse lighting if you wish.

Hope it helps

Hmm Nice..thank you for the links..I have never done any LED work specifically but I'm sure after some research I could.

Clearcorners.com has a nice setup but its def not the look I am looking for. I would almost rather not even be able to see the led's until they light up and be able to keep the black out look.

So I guess the next question is where can I grab some extra rear signals online besides the classifieds? Thanks for the info..I may end up trying this on leave considering it wouldn't be a costly mod at all. Cya

I would think they just pop out like the fronts do on the G but again, no Z for me so I really don't know.

I can see the flaming now but if all else fails u can always try eBay. Also there are a lot of sponcers on this site that would have them. mynismo.com would be a good starting point.
