I was told about a forum member (vendor maybe) that sold a relay or actuator of some sort that added this feature. I haven't found the thread, but if we all search for it someone is bound to come up with something.

you press and hold the lock button with the module in the link, and the windows will go up and the door locks. how is that confusing??

KPTech makes a module that allows this.

Aside fromthe key fob, if you stick the key in the drivers side door, and turn and hold in the "lock" position, it will also roll up. Just FYI, i know its not exactly what you wanted.

Yeah I never understood why Nissan didn't allow a remote window roll-up feature as well as the roll-down. But the module is pretty cheap so I'll probably get one at some point.

Now what would be really sweet was if they provided a remote convertible top close feature. I know you can't physically lock it to the windshield but at least you could remotely put it up if it started to rain. Only problem I could see is if a high gust of wind came head-on toward your car might get under the top and lift it up, damaging it.

Too bad Nissan didn't take the convertible top a step further and just make the windshield locking mechanism electronically controlled, could do everything with a remote.

Ahh I didn't know that... thats cool at least. Much easier than getting in the car, putting the key in and putting to on position (turning off the damn radar detector because its annoying), waiting for the windows to roll up, then get out. Especially harder if your fat, lol. I'm a skinny dude and get in easilly and would still complain about it.

So you just press the lock button on the FOB twice and they roll up all the way? What if you want to just crack them a bit can you have it do that or do you have to press the unlock for 3.1 seconds?

Once the module starts to roll the windows up if you hit the "LOCK" button again it will stop them - effectively giving you vent control. I love the vent feature and use it quite often.

These modules are only $49 - you only need one per car, and they install in the drivers door. There are 5 wires to splice in to the cars electrical system, and none of the wires have to be actually cut.

KPtechnologies has window roll up modules in stock and ready to ship - let me know if if there are any other questions.

So you only need one per car, they control both windows to roll up when hitting the lock button twice?

Can you make one for the convertible top? lol... Being able to put it up would be incredibly convenient.

I'll be buying a window roller upper module some time though thats for sure.

It's possible, with a little creative wiring, that our window module will control the top as well.

However, since I don't have a convertable to test with it would be hard to say for sure.
