Painted carbon fiber hood
I just wanted to know what you all think of this. I got this hood that was ran over by a fork lift. It had spider cracks all down the front of the hood, so decided to paint it.

I hate aftermarket hoods but you pulled this off very well. Kudos!

^^ Funny...
I've thought about doing this when I eventually pick up the Seibon TS for my SS Z.
Must be something about northerners and good taste

Do you have pictures? Could you post them? Or PM them to me if you don't want to publically post them? I'm really curious to see how good it looks

paint the mesh... or spring for some of the black plastic mesh. This will

Sweet , so much better than the built out of the junkyard look that most people do with a bare CF hood.

Looks good. I don't like carbon fiber hoods. Makes the car look pieced together. With it painted, except for the vents, at least it flows.

imo, a full cf hood only looks good on a 2 tone z. im a sucker for exposed cf vents, etc though.

Leave the vents as is...but you need some spaces for those wheels. Then the car will look money.
